Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Since our candles are carefully handcrafted, we request your patience while we prepare them with love and detail.

Shipping Duration:

After processing, orders are shipped and generally delivered within 6–14 business days, depending on your location. Please note, during festive seasons or unforeseen delays, shipping may take longer. No refunds will be provided for such delays.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you so you can monitor your package.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package weight. The total cost will be displayed before final payment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

In the rare case of lost or severely delayed shipments, please contact our support team. We will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue. However, delays during peak/festive times are beyond our control, and refunds will not be applicable in such cases.
